1Mix all ingredients in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
2Cover and cook on low heat setting at least 6 to 7 hours, or until pork is tender.
An easy way to skim the fat from stews and soups is to place a slice of bread on top of the mixture for a few minutes to absorb the fat. Or, use a spoon to carefully remove any excess fat.
Serve stew over biscuits to make 8 servings out of 6! Heat oven to 450°. Mix 2 1/4 cups Bisquick mix with 2/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Split a biscuit in half, and place both halves in bowl. Spoon stew over the top.
