Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kahlúa
  • 1/4 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ green gel food color
  • Large marshmallows, pretzel twists and/or whole fresh strawberries, as desired

Steps

    In 2-quart saucepan, heat whipping cream over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, to simmering (do not boil). Add white chocolate, Kahlúa and food color; remove from heat. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is melted and can be stirred smooth. Pour into fondue pot. Keep warm over low heat up to 1 hour.

    Spear marshmallows, pretzels and strawberries with fondue forks; dip in fondue.
