Greek Veggie Pitas

Ingredients

Chicken broth
Olive oil
Lemon juice
White wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh oregano leaves, chopped or Dried oregano leaves
Cucumber, coarsely chopped
Tomato, coarsely chopped
Onion, chopped
Crumbled feta cheese
Pita bread (6 inches in diameter)

    Mix broth, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper (3 parts each broth and oil to 1 part each lemon juice and vinegar). Add oregano (about 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried to 1/2 cup oil mixture). Toss with remaining ingredients except pita breads; spoon into pita breads.
