2Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender and turkey is no longer pink; drain.
3Stir in olives, tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt and cucumber. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
