Gluten-Free Minted Fruit Salad

Ingredients

medium bananas, sliced

medium oranges, peeled and sectioned

cup strawberry, cut in half

cup seedless green grapes, cut in half

cup orange juice

tablespoon honey

tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

    Toss bananas, oranges, strawberries and grapes.

    Mix orange juice and honey; pour over fruit. Toss salad with mint leaves before serving.
