Glazed Carrots and Cranberries with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 box (10 ounces) frozen honey glazed sliced carrots
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts

    Cook carrots as directed on package. Stir in cranberries and pecans.

  • Combine exercise with good deeds by offering to run errands for those who can’t get out. Walk to the supermarket to pick up their groceries, or pick up their packages at the post office. Helping to maintain a neighbor’s yard or shoveling snow are other ways to burn calories while lending a hand.
