1Set oven control to broil. In small bowl, mix pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit, orange peel and orange juice.
2Spread each bread slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar.
3Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes (rotating pan halfway through cooking time, if needed). Top toasted bread evenly with fruit mixture.
