Fruit and Pasta Salad with Yogurt

Turn the fruit basket upside down with a creamy-dressed pasta salad. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cups uncooked gemelli (twist) pasta (8 ounces)

cups cut-up fresh fruit, such as strawberries, grapes, plums, peaches
1/2
cup vanilla yogurt
1/3
cup refrigerated poppy seed dressing
1
teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4
teaspoon salt

    Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.

    Mix pasta and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.

Expert Tips

  • Prepare pasta, fruit and dressing. Store separately, covered, in the refrigerator for up to one day. Combine just before serving.
  • Garnish with edible flowers such as pansies, nasturtiums or dianthus.
