Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 large banana, halved lengthwise, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cup orange-flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

Steps

    In large bowl, gently mix all fruit and orange juice concentrate. Stir in carbonated beverage. Serve in small dessert bowls.

  • tip 1
    You can cut up all of the fruit except the banana ahead of time. Add the orange juice and carbonated beverage just before serving.
  • tip 2
    For a potluck, serve the fruit in small plastic cups. Add a touch of fun by moistening and dipping the rim of the cups in colored sugar.
