Embellished Napkins

Ingredients

  • 4 large square fabric napkins, ironed
  • 4 flat ornaments, up to 4 to 5 inches in diameter

Steps

    Lay napkin on a flat surface.*
  • 2
    Fold napkin in half diagonally into a triangle.

    Fold long folded side (bottom of triangle) halfway to point of triangle.

    Turn napkin overso the widest side is on top.

    Fold right and left points up to the point in center, forming one point.

    Fold right and left sides in half so the edges meet in the center of the napkin.

    Pick up at center fold and turn napkin over; napkin will have a pocket on the bottom half and the top half forms a point.

    Tuck ornament just inside of pocket; lay silverware to sides of plate. Repeat with remaining napkins and ornaments.
