1Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
2Mix cooked bacon, 2 tablespoons drippings and remaining ingredients in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
3Cover and cook on high heat setting 1 hour.
4Turn to low heat setting; cook 5 to 7 hours to blend and develop flavors.
