Frozen peas make this recipe as much fun to eat as it is to say! Perfect to pack in lunches or snack boxes. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cup frozen sweet peas
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4
teaspoon salt

Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package)

oz very thinly sliced deli ham

    Cook peas as directed on bag; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
  • 2
    Place peas, cheese, mayonnaise and salt in food processor. Cover; process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides with rubber spatula.

    Spread about 3 tablespoons mixture over each tortilla. Arrange ham over spread, covering entire tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Unwrap rolls; cut into slices. Cover and refrigerate any remaining slices.

When packing in lunch boxes, be sure to have an ice pack included to keep wraps cool.
