Easy Brown Sugar-Mustard Glaze
cup packed brown sugar
tablespoon Dijon mustard
tablespoon pineapple juice
In small bowl, mix all ingredients with whisk until well blended.
Brush glaze over ham during last 45 minutes of baking.
This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger ham.
Try the glaze on grilled or baked pork chops or a pork roast—it’s delicious served that way too.
