Creamy Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothies
cup frozen chopped rhubarb
cup frozen strawberries
container (6 oz) Greek honey vanilla yogurt
tablespoons agave nectar
cup cranberry-raspberry juice
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend with on-and-off pulses until pureed. Pour into 2 drinking glasses. Serve immediately.
Only have fresh rhubarb and strawberries? Even better! Add 1 cup of ice to this recipe to make a fresh-fruit smoothie.
Raspberries can be substituted for the strawberries.
