Creamy Chicken-Pasta Caesar Salad

Two salad favorites become one in this rich and creamy pasta delight. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

package Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix
1/3
cup mayonnaise
1
to 2 teaspoons milk
1
can (4.5 oz) chunk chicken or 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
1
cup bite-size pieces snow (Chinese) pea pods or snap pea pods
Tomato wedge

    Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain.
  • 3
    Stir together Seasoning mix, croutons, mayonnaise and milk in large bowl. Stir in pasta-vegetable mixture. Stir in chicken and pea pods.
  • 4
    Spread salad onto serving platter. Place tomato wedges around salad. Refrigerate any remaining salad.

Expert Tips

  • Fat-free mayo and skim milk make for a reduced-fat--but delicious--salad.
  • Give the pea pods style by cutting them diagonally.
