1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix oil, sugars, vanilla and egg with spoon. Stir in oats, flour, ginger, allspice, baking soda and salt. Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
2Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
3Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges turn golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
