1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Remove biscuits from can. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; arrange in baking dish.
2In medium bowl, mix sugar, flour and coconut milk with wire whisk until blended and smooth. Pour over biscuit pieces in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
3Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
