1Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
2In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3Coarsely crush cereal. In small bowl, mix streusel from packet and cereal. Sprinkle mixture over batter in each cup; press lightly.
4Bake 16 to 21 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
