1Heat oven to 425ºF (400ºF for dark or nonstick pan). Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
2In medium bowl, stir all ingredients just until blended. Divide batter among muffin cups (about three-fourths full).
3Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and tops spring back when touched lightly. Cool 5 minutes before carefully removing from pan.
