Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Make this tame Chili Macaroni Skillet recipe a little wild by using 1 pound of hot or spicy pork sausage and substituting 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce (hot sauce) for the chili powder. Your taste buds will definitely be tickled!
  • tip 2
You’ll want to use a 12-inch skillet for this chili mac recipe to ensure the ingredients fit comfortably. If you don’t have a skillet that large, use a 4- or 5-quart Dutch oven.
