Ingredients

box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Parmesan & Asiago potatoes

cups milk
2/3
cup boiling water

tablespoons butter or margarine

cup chopped cooked chicken
1
cup frozen sweet peas
1/2
cup sliced mushrooms, drained (from 4.5-oz jar)

cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)

    Heat oven to 425°F. In 2-quart casserole, stir Sauce Mix, milk, boiling water and butter with whisk. Stir in Potatoes and remaining ingredients.

    Bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir; let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).

Expert Tips

  • In place of the jarred mushrooms, you can use cooked fresh mushrooms.
  • In place of the shredded provolone, you can use sliced provolone, and finely chop it.
