Ingredients

cups hot water

box Hamburger Helper™ crunchy taco

cup plus 2 tablespoons milk

can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles

cups chopped cooked turkey

cup sour cream

(8 inch) flour tortillas, heated as directed on package
1
medium tomato, chopped (1 cup)
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

    In 12-inch nonstick skillet, add hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in 1 cup milk, the uncooked rice (from Hamburger Helper™ box), pinto beans and green chiles. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 23 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender. Stir in turkey; heat 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir topping mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box), sour cream and 2 tablespoons milk; mix well.

    Spoon 1/2 cup rice mixture onto center of each tortilla. Top with sour cream topping, tomato, corn chips (from Hamburger Helper™ box) and cilantro. Fold bottom one-third of tortilla toward center. Fold in sides to overlap center of tortillas.

Expert Tips

  • If you don’t have any sour cream, the topping can be made as directed on package with milk.
  • In place of pinto beans, you can use drained and rinsed black beans or kidney beans.
