Cheddar Potatoes with Ham and Beans

Ingredients

(1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated potato wedges
1
cup cooked ham strips (2x1/4x1/4-inch)
1
(14.5-oz.) can French Style Green Beans, drained
1
(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup or cheesy broccoli soup
1/2
cup milk
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
1
tablespoon butter, melted
1/2
cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes, ham and green beans in sprayed baking dish.

    In small bowl, combine soup, milk and 1/2 cup of the cheese; mix well. Pour over mixture in baking dish; stir gently to mix. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

    In small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs; mix well. Sprinkle over top.

    Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.

Tips

Expert Tips

Try your favorite canned vegetable in place of French style green beans. Use a 14.5-ounce can.

Are you a mushroom fan? Use condensed cream of mushroom soup in place of the cheese soup.

Assemble the recipe, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight. Uncover and bake it, increasing bake time by 10 to 15 minutes.
