1In 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon pieces 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside.
2In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in cauliflower, onion, and bell pepper until vegetables are coated with mayonnaise mixture.
3Just before serving, stir in cheese. Sprinkle with bacon.
