Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 ounces) frozen breaded chicken breast tenders
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups carrot sticks
  • 2 cups celery sticks
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sliced cucumbers (2 small)
  • 1 bottle (8 ounces) blue cheese dressing (1 cup)

    Place chicken and chili powder in resealable plastic food-storage bag; seal bag and shake well to coat. Prepare chicken as directed on package.

    Arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Top with vegetables and cooked chicken. Serve with dressing.
