Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® plain fat free yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1 cup orange juice (about 2 medium oranges)
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps

  • 1
    Spray nonstick waffle iron with cooking spray; heat waffle iron. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.

    For each waffle, pour 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron; close lid. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
