1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box for 8-inch pan, using water, oil and eggs and adding 1 additional egg. Cool 20 minutes.
2Using large spoon, scoop warm uncut brownies into 8 dessert dishes. Top with ice cream and sliced strawberries. Drizzle with fudge topping.
