Ingredients

Frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
Corn muffins
Thin ham slices, diced
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Steps

    Cook broccoli as directed on package. Cut corn muffins in half and arrange on dinner plates. Top with broccoli and ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic and microwave on High about 40 seconds or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
