1In large bowl, crush blueberries with sugar, using potato masher. Let stand 20 minutes for syrup to form. Place strainer over small bowl; pour berry mixture into strainer. Press mixture with back of spoon to get as much syrup as possible; discard pulp.
2In large pitcher, stir together blueberry syrup, lemonade concentrate, water and vodka.
3To serve, fill 8 lowball or highball glasses with ice. Divide lemonade among glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.
