1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large bowl, mix oats and water. Stir in beef, blue cheese, chives, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, pepper, mustard and salt until well mixed. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
2Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 11 to 13 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
3Layer lettuce, tomato and burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with top half of buns.
