Dial the heat up or down by choosing mild, medium or hot salsa. Serve this colorful salad with grilled burgers, meats, chops or chicken. MORE + LESS -

can (15 ounces) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa

tablespoons lime juice

    Cook corn according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until completely chilled; drain well.

    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce. Place lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates. Top with bean mixture.
