1Heat oven to 275°. Mix cereal, pretzels, popcorn, sesame sticks and nuts in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.
2Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
3Bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread on waxed paper; cool about 30 minutes. Store in tightly covered container up to 1 week.
