Ingredients

  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup butter toffee-glazed sliced almonds
  • 1 red-skinned apple, unpeeled, cored and cubed
  • 4 green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps

    In large bowl, mix lettuce, apricots, almonds, apple and onions.
  • 2
    In small bowl, mix marmalade, oil and lemon juice until well blended. Drizzle over salad; toss to mix.
