Prep Instructions

You Will Need:
1 1/2 Cups Water or Milk
1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 350°F.
2. Stir CTC Pancake Mix and water or milk with fork or wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended. Sprinkle Cinnadust over batter in bowl. Gently stir into batter about 6 to 8 times (do not mix in completely).
3. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased skillet or griddle. Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown; about 1 minute.
4. Add CTC Cereal Topping as desired.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
To Freeze: Stack pancakes with pieces of waxed paper layered in between each pancake. Wrap stack in aluminum foil and freeze up to 1 month.
To Reheat: Unwrap and remove waxed paper from pancakes. Microwave 1-2 pancakes on high for 10- 20 seconds until hot, or place pancakes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet and tightly cover with aluminum foil. Heat pancakes in 400°F oven for about 5-7 minutes or until hot.
