This cake is one of the easiest and cutest cakes, ever. It’s made with alternating colors of Gushers fruit snacks, giving it a festive and fun confetti-like look. Here’s how to make it!

What you’ll need:

How to:

1.  To start, sort through the packages of Gushers to find the most perfectly shaped ones to use on the cake.

2.  Place Gushers on top of the cake in alternating colors and spaced about 1-inch apart. The Gushers will stick best to icing that is not set, so be sure to apply them soon after frosting the cake.

3.  Apply them to the sides of the cake, again, spaced about 1-inch apart.

4.  And there you have it, an instant party cake! It’s perfect for birthdays, congratulatory celebrations or anywhere lots of happy color is invited. (This technique could work wonderfully on a 13 x 9-inch sheet cake as well!)
