It’s been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes it’s tough to decide what to make. I think we’ve all encountered breakfast dilemmas: sweet vs. savory, carbs vs. protein? Sometimes it’s just so hard to choose! With these Vanilla Protein Pancakes you don’t have to — you can bridge the gap between fluffy goodness and sensible protein by combining classic Bisquick with the protein-punch of thick and luscious Greek yogurt.

Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt not only packs these pancakes with plenty of protein but it also provides a bit of tangy acidity — much like the best buttermilk pancakes — making these pancakes cook up tender and fluffy in a flash. Let’s get started!

First, we gather our ingredients: Bisquick, Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt, eggs, milk and vanilla.


Next, we mix our wet ingredients and place the Bisquick into a mixing bowl.


Then, we combine!


And mix!


Then it’s to the griddle and we have stack-after-stack of fluffy, protein-boosted, pancakes.
