S'mores Poke Brownies

Want to take s’mores to the next level? Look no further! These unbelievable brownies are soaked in marshmallow creme and topped with hot fudge, toasted marshmallows and graham crackers for a rich, completely over-the-top twist on s’mores (no campfire required). Tote these with you to a party and watch how fast they disappear! Here’s how to make them.

First, heat the oven to 350°F, spray a 9x9-inch square pan with cooking spray and gather your ingredients. For this recipe you’ll need Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, eggs, marshmallow creme, hot fudge topping, broken graham crackers and mini marshmallows.

Prepare the brownie batter by combining the brownie mix, oil, water and eggs.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake as directed on the box for a 9x9-inch square pan, or until the center is set. Allow the brownies to cool for about 30 minutes. Then with a wooden dowel, poke holes into the brownies by pushing the dowel all the way down. The holes should be about an inch apart.

Next, in a small microwavable bowl, slightly melt the marshmallow creme for about 30 seconds or until it’s soft. Add a few tablespoons of water and stir until the creme is smooth and pourable. Pour it over the brownies, using a spatula to spread it over the surface and encourage it down into the holes. Let the brownies sit for 30 minutes.

Next, spread half of the hot fudge topping on top of the brownies.

Then cover the top of the brownies with mini marshmallows and broken graham crackers.

Turn the oven control to broil and place the pan under the broiler for a few minutes until the marshmallows are lightly toasted. Drizzle with the remaining hot fudge topping and dig in immediately!
