Celebrate a birthday, a special event or even the fact that it's Friday with these delicious Cake Batter Pancakes!
By Jessica Walker

The flavor of cake batter is hot right now. Cake batter ice cream, cake batter truffles, cake batter vodka and even cake batter soda! Using this tasty flavor, I kicked a favorite breakfast food up a notch and created Cake Batter Pancakes!

Cake Batter Pancakes

Bisquick® and Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix are the stars of this recipe. You will also need milk, vanilla, eggs and, of course, sprinkles!

Cake Batter Pancakes

In medium bowl, stir together the pancake ingredients until blended. Use whatever sprinkles you are in the mood for...the possibilities are endless!

Pour about 1/4 cup batter on a hot griddle. Cook until the edges are dry.

Flip and cook until the pancakes are golden brown.

Instead of using maple syrup, you can whip up an easy powdered sugar glaze to top these pancakes. In a bowl, stir together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1-1/2 teaspoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour over hot pancakes and add more sprinkles.
