I have to made a red cake with yogurt-gelatin in the midle, but I dont like use the self-raising flour, I prefer the more natural:unbleached, All purpose,but I need to know how much baking soda and salt I have toa add..????? remember the cake I want have to be puffy and delicius...and what about the butter...or the canola oil..???
