Watch any other video and it explains it.. it is basically a thin layer of frosting that seals in all the crumbs and then you cool the cake for about 30 mintues and voila!!

I am officially annoyed... I want to do this cake, but I'd like to do a crumb coat. They say in this very video that I can find out how to do a crumb coat to prepare the cake for frosting, but I can't find it on this site. It's not in the Glossary or anywhere else. I'll just google it and hope for the best... they would've done better just not mentioning it.
