What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) allows you to automatically collect content from your favorite Web sites in one place. By creating an RSS "feed" using a reader such as MyYahoo, MyMSN, Google or MyAOL you choose what you want to see, including recipes, news, sports, TV listings and blog entries – your reader will pick up any current headlines and store them in one place. Many sites that offer RSS allow you to add their feeds at the click of a button. You can add and delete feeds from your reader at any time.
To get Betty Crocker Recipe of the Day, you must subscribe to a reader such as MyYahoo or any others - once your account has been created, click on the appropriate "add" button from the Betty Crocker site. You will see a daily Betty Crocker recipe each time you access your reader.
How can I use RSS?
If you are using sites such as MyYahoo, AOL, Google, or MSN, you can click the related button to subscribe to the feed. If you are using an RSS reader, click the orange XML button, then copy the URL into your reader’s address bar and follow any additional instructions. Some browsers also natively support RSS feeds.
