“The Beer Can Chicken Rack heats the ingredients inside the can to the point of boiling, filling the chicken with delicious flavors. It’s designed to be used on the grill, but can also be used in an oven. Having prepared Beer Can Chicken before, we knew we needed to have the beer can directly over the fire so the heat would cause the beer to begin boiling. As the chicken took on the warm cooked flavors, the aroma was delightful. “
