Rhubarb partners up with strawberry-flavored vodka for a quick and easy drink that tastes as good as a pie!
If you have rhubarb growing in your yard, here is a new twist for using it—in a pretty pink martini! This delicious drink is so simple to make. Plus, everyone will love it!
First, place 3 cups of chopped rhubarb in a saucepan. (If you don’t have fresh, it’s okay to use frozen.)

Add sugar and water to the rhubarb; cook the mixture for 15 minutes.

Strain the rhubarb mixture by pouring it through a strainer into a large glass measuring cup or bowl.

After straining, the rhubarb syrup looks like this.

Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge and then coat with sugar.

Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce of the rhubarb syrup and 3 ounces of strawberry-flavored vodka.

Shake; strain into chilled martini glasses.
