Turn your kitchen into a wellness center with these fun and easy ideas!

Your kitchen is full of all sorts of ingredients that can turn a day at home into the ultimate spa-venture. Here are a few simple ideas that will treat you to a decadent day of luxury, and it's all 100% calorie-free!

Kitchen Spa Day

1. Get Fresh. Puree a slice of cucumber and a tablespoon of plain Yoplait® yogurt for a soothing face mask. Just rub the mixture over your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, and then wash it off with warm water. It's a beautiful, natural way to refresh your skin!

2. Soak it Up. Create an invigorating soak for your feet by adding orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime peels to a small tub of hot water. Soak your feet until the water cools. Gently dry your tootsies and apply lotion. Finish it off with a pair of pretty, cozy socks!

3. Get Scrubbin'. This recipe for Lemon Sugar Body Scrub is so easy and turns bathtime into a truly relaxing experience. You won't believe how soft your skin will be after being treated with this sugar scrub. Here's how to make a batch in your own kitchen:

Pour some coarse turbinado sugar into a large bowl.

Thank you for the lemon sugar body scrub recipe. I work for a Beauty School as an Esthetics teacher, and we are always looking for beauty secrets we can make at school. It helped with Chemistry, and exfoliation! Please submit more.
