There’s no need to pick up takeout when you can make delicious pizza at home in minutes.
Unless you live next door to a pizzeria, chances are you can make a homemade pizza in less time than it would take for you to pack up the kids, drive to your favorite local pizza joint, pick up the pizza and get home. Not to mention, the pizza isn’t going to be as piping hot as it would be fresh out of the oven.

Making pizzas at home is not only better for your pocketbook, but it’s also tons of fun. You can make your own dough. Or if you need a shortcut (don’t we all sometimes?), refrigerated pizza dough is your friend!
What I love about pizza is that you can top it with just about anything your heart desires. One of my kids' favorites is the classic Italian white pizza or “pizza bianca.” It’s white because there is no tomato sauce. You load it up with delicious white cheeses. Feel free to experiment and use any types of soft melting cheeses you like. Then just pop it into the oven until it’s golden and bubbly.
Easy!
