After all, there are too many ways to enjoy chocolate to limit yourself to just eating healthy options like meringues and angel food cakes. Chocolate is king, and this year’s hottest dessert takes chocolate to a whole new level.
Meet the Triple Layer Chocolate Bar. One layer of crunchy cookie crust, one layer of creamy goodness and a heap of ganache frosting. It's like a cookie, cupcake, and cake all rolled into one. It’s pure heaven!
The best part about these cookie bars is how versatile they are. Swap in a different flavor of cake mix for the crust, change up the filling, add a different sort of ganache. Peanut Butter Ganache Bars. Where it all begins: chocolate crust, creamy peanut butter filling, chocolate ganache frosting. We've included the recipe here.
Triple Chocolate Dessert Bars. Just like the original, only chocolate-hazelnut spread is used in place of the peanut butter. Prepare yourself. This gets good!
White Chocolate Lemon Bars. A Betty Crocker® SuperMoist lemon cake mix turns into a light, crispy citrus-kissed crust. Swap out cream cheese for the filling (you may need an extra cup of powdered sugar to ensure a thick crust). White chocolate ganache makes a totally dreamy treat!
