I have been having a problem with a cake not releasing from a bunt pan I purchase some time ago. I have tried everything. This is a good pan paid a lot of money for it, probably shouldn't give the name. The first 2 or 3 cakes I baked in it came out perfic and now every pound cake I bake in it sticks. I've greased and floured it heavy, used the cake flour spray and it still sticks. Any suggestions. I love the look of baking pound cake in bunt pans and now I bake my cake in a angel cake pan and they are not as pretty to me. Help!
