A. The Betty Crocker Catalog started announcing the closure in February 2006. The last date to order was December 15, 2006. Q.  What if I have current or future problems, questions or concerns about Oneida® Flatware purchased from the Betty Crocker Catalog or about purchasing similar flatware patterns?
A.  Please contact Oneida® directly via their website at www.oneida.com or call their customer service at 1-800-877-6667 Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm or Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

Q. What if I have current or future problems, questions or concerns about other products purchased from the Betty Crocker Catalog? Where may I find the same or similar products as carried in the Betty Crocker Catalog?
A. Please contact the manufacturer directly, especially for warranties or lifetime guarantees. Most manufacturers contact information can be found easily on the internet. Many manufacturers provide a link for emailing them directly.

Betty Crocker Catalog Customer Service is no longer available.
Q. What if I purchased from the Betty Crocker Catalog and I did not receive my order?
A. Inquiries regarding non-receipt of merchandise needed to be communicated to Betty Crocker Catalog Customer Service within 4 weeks of order placement or by January 31, 2007 at latest.

Q. What if I returned something and have not received a response?
A. Customers had 30 days from receipt of their merchandise to resolve any issues. Any merchandise returned after the "30 days of receipt by the customer" or received by the Betty Crocker Catalog after January 31, 2007 was refused and returned to the customer.
