mj202 - You are making valuable healthier changes with your ideas for the taco casserole. You might look for low fat refried beans and double up on the good stuff like lettuce. If you like red bell pepper, chop one and add that as well. Happy healthier eating!

This may be a duplicate question because signing up cut me off. I wanted to know if there would be significant nutritional value changes to the Beef and Bean Taco casserole if I changed the beef to 95% lean, used vegetarian refried beans, reduced calorie cheese and leave off chips? The ingredient portions would be the same. Thanks
