Wow! I won't go back to regular meatloaf again! So moist and flavorful. I did change it up a bit....no topping and it did not need it, I swapped 1/2 cup whole oats for the breadcrumbs, and added worstershire sauce and garlic powder to taste. Yum! Yum! Yum!

I made this recipe for the first time for COMPANY for dinner and it turned out GREAT. They raved about the meatloaf and they wanted the recipe. I loved it too, and my husband, who is not fond of meatloaf, liked it too! I did double the topping and I baked it in a meatloaf pan for an hour.

I changed the recipe by making it into meatballs! Then I doubled the topping and cooked them in a skillet. They were DELICIOUS! Everyone wants me to bring them the leftovers - will make again for family function for sure!

absolutely wonderful way to feed my family vegetables. This is delicious--I substituted all purpose seasoning and a tablespoon of parmesan for the seasoning. Everyone loved it!
